As you may know, we have several units that have come back to us via tax sales and foreclosures.  Before we put these units on the market, we wanted to offer them first to our Mandalay Shores Resorts owners at a very special price. So from now until January 1, 2010, have we got a deal for you:

• $639 for either a one-bedroom or two-bedroom unit.

This price includes your first year annual fees, so you can immediately select a 2010 week. The package includes title insurance, escrow and all the necessary items.
